Ever have tired/puffy eyes?

So maybe once in a while you dont get the full 10 hours sleep which is needed, you was hooked to facebook or you was up all night stressing over that college work or had a crazy night out?
Your eyes may look a bit tired, puffy or even black circles starting to appear.
Well fear no more , because here are a few easy tips to reduce and refresh those puffy eyes:

There are lots of eye creams that can help with this, here is a list of some of them:
  • Clinique all about eyes serum
  • Loreal Paris Dermo expertise Collagen Micro-Vibration eye
  • No7 protect & perfect Eye cream
  • Garnier Caffeine eye roll-on
  • Simple Kind to eyes balm
  • Nivea Visage DNAge Eye cream
  • Garnier Nutritionist Eye
These creams and eye remedies can be bought from stores such as Boots, Tesco, Superdrug, Savers and any big cosmetic stores and supermarkets.

Or, if your short of money and cant afford to buy any eye creams, try a
home remedy:

1.
Cucumber- Cut two thin slices of cucumber from the fridge and place them over each closed eye, relax for 5 mintues while they do they work and reduce those puffy eyes. This can feel really relaxing and fresh, so maybe put on some soothing music while you wait.

2.
Aloe Vera- Aloe Vera gel can be used to reduce puffy eyes, wether in creams or a natural substance it helps sooth. moisturise and reduce those puffy looking eyes.

3.
Tea Bags- We only know tea bags are used to make a nice cuppa, but they can be useful before they are thrown in the bin. Eyes need caffeine which helps to tighten and brighten the skin around them. So, When you have finished with the teabag place it in the fridge for a while to cool down,(make sure they are not scolding hot, that might hurt!) then when they are cold, like the cucumber place one on each eye and leave for a few mintues. This is also another way of reducing puffy/sore eyes. Leaving them looking fresh and brighter.

4.
Food intake- Try to avoid eating too much salt, because salty foods increase swelling and are overall not good for your body. Also sugar makes the body put on fat, so try not to have too many sugary foods. (its alright now and again, us girls have to have our chocolate once in a while!)

5.
Water- Be sure to drink plenty of water in the day, this will help reduce tired bags under eyes by giving the skin around the eyes more nutrients and this will make your eyes look more awake and refreshed. Also, water is good for all of your skin and hair, also we dont want to dehydrate ourselves!

6.
Massage- In the morning or before bed, treat your eyes to a little massage. Under your eye starting from the outer corner just rub your fingers in and around the under eye area gently, this helps to bring blood flow back into the skin and get rid of daily build up around the area. This is another easy way of reducing tired and puffy eyes.

So why not try out these tips for yourself, no girl wants dark, puffy eyes, now you can do something about it.

Now go pamper those eyes and Dont forget to come back and tell us if it worked for you or any other advice you have!
